The following terms apply exclusively to the sales of technical products sold by joli-laupi.com. The items for sale are brand new. These terms and conditions will always be applied regardless of any other term that may be applied in a store.
Article 1 Prices
1.1 - All prices are in euros. Taxes are included. Shipping and handling fees will be added.
1.2 - All orders, regardless of where they originate from, will be paid in euros.
1.3 - joli-laupi.com can and may exercise its right to modify any price at any given time. However, the items will be invoiced according to the prices shown upon making the order as long as these items are available at the time of order.
1.4 - Ownership of these items: they belong to joli-laupi.com up until they are paid for in full.
Article 2 Orders
The present conditions apply for goods purchased only by internet.
The binding terms are available both in French and in English and will be re-submitted to you at the latest upon delivery. joli-laupi.com can and may exercise its right to cancel any order from a client already engaged in a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
Article 3 Submitting Orders
Once you click on the "submit" button after completing your order, you therefore accept your order along with all of the terms of the sales contract. The data that has been stored by joli-laupi.com acts as proof of all transactions that have occurred between joli-laupi.com and its customers.
Article 4 Availability
We advertise items for as long as they are in stock. As far as items that are not stored in our warehouses we guarantee their availability only as long as our suppliers have them. If such is the case, you will be notified about the availability of the items chosen upon ordering them. This information will come directly from our suppliers and as such we cannot be held accountable for any mistake or any change that may occur. If you complete your order and the item you chose is not available, you will be notified via email or telephone as soon as possible.

10 Warranty
In all instances, you are covered by the legal warranty on hidden defects. To learn how to proceed regarding any problem or break down of a product, please contact our Customer Service Department. In order to benefit from the warranty on any product, you must have the invoice/purchase receipt of the said product.
Warranties do not cover:
