Shipping & Delivery
Prices indicated on the site are in Euros. They include French VAT (19,6% of gross price...); shipping & postage charges will be added. An additionnal handling charge of eight Euros will be added for orders of less than 150 Euros (VAT Incl.).
Products on sale on the present internet site are for standard delivery in Metropolitan France. We will however be happy to ship your order anywhere else.
Our product offers are subjected to availability. As a general rule, average delivery is of 5 working days. For articles in our own stock, our offers are subjected to availability with our suppliers. In this case, indications on avalability are given at the time of your order confirmation. As these informations emanate from our suppliers, errors or exceptional changes in delivery conditions are not of our responsability. In the event of unavailabilty of an article after we confirmed your order, you will be advised by mail or phone.
According to French Law & Regulations which apply in the case of Joli Laupi, as a French resident company, a 'preservation of ownership' clause applies to goods until full payment of the transaction is received. The customer is liable, from the time of shipping, for any risks to the goods, their safeguard & preservation.
